III. Booking & Payment Terms
Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 (early check-in subject to availability and additional charges)
Check-out: Before 12:00 noon

Additional services not included in the booking will be charged according to hotel policy.

Payment Methods

Online Payment
Guests may pay via ATM cards or international credit cards through our secure payment gateway. A confirmation email will be sent after successful booking.

If payment is not completed before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Offline Credit Card Authorization
If online payment is unavailable, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be provided. The guest must submit the signed form along with copies of the card and ID/passport.

The cardholder must present the physical card upon check-in for verification.

Bank Transfer
Guests may transfer payment to the hotel’s bank account. Booking confirmation details must be included in the transfer description.

Direct Payment at Hotel
Guests may settle payment at the Front Desk prior to check-in or check-out, subject to agreement.

We do not store credit card or bank account information. All online payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

IV. General Terms
Complaint Resolution

Customers may submit complaints directly via hotline. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and handled promptly.

Amendment Policy

Requests for room or date changes must be made through our Reservations Department and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy (Standard)

Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund

Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival: 100% charge

No-show: 100% charge

Specific cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking rate.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21–30 working days depending on the bank. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. No refund fees apply.

We reserve the right to amend policies without prior notice.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).
